Yes! If you have asked a house clearance company to clear the house completely, then they will literally take away everything in the property for you.
There is not much we can’t take, we can disconnect all white goods including gas cookers and washing machines, we can remove all carpets if you want this to be done.

House Clearances – How Much Will It Cost To Take Everything?
All reputable house clearance companies will base their prices on amount of waste there is to be taken, since the more rubbish that needs to be removed, the longer it takes and the more it costs to process it
The easiest way to do this is to work out how many van loads there will be.
At Keke we charge a fee for the first van load, then a reduced rate for further loads after that. You can see our prices in the table below.
Please also note that strict government rules charge an individual fee for fridges, freezers, and mattresses that we’ll need to pass onto you.

House Clearance – Do You Have To Take Everything, Or Can You Part Clear A House?
If you prefer we don’t have to take the entire contents, we can remove only certain items that you specify, or clear certain areas of the house or property.

How Long Will It Take To Remove Everything From A Property?
We only require 48 hours notice to carry out a property clearance, in most normal clearances it only takes 3 to 5 hours to remove everything.
An average 3 bedroom house with a garage would take around 4 hours to clear, it’s very rare a normal clearance would take longer than 1 day.
In more extreme cases like a hoarded house clearance this could take 2 to 3 days to empty depending on a lot of factors.
Is Everything Taken Recycled Or Donated To Charities?
Yes, our number 1 goal is to recycle and donate as much as possible to charity.
Our teams always set a side items that can be re-used to donate to charities.
Other removed items that can’t be donated are taken to pro recycling centres where a large proportion is recycled, nothing goes straight to landfill.
