We recently completed a house clearance in Hartlepool, we thought this would be a good opportunity to show you how a house clearance works.

When we clear a property we’ll take away everything that you ask us to, if you want the entire house cleared then we will remove everything for you, emptying all cupboards, taking furniture, the works.
We can take pretty much anything, including:
- Fridges
- Freezers
- Electrical items
- Furniture
- Beds
- Bedding
- Clothing
- Books
- Literally anything and everything
What Do We Do With The Items We Take?
Where possible we will donate useable items to local charities, then take the rest to a professional waste handling facility where as much as possible is recycled.
The absolute minimum goes to landfill, which is great for the environment.
Even clothes can be given a new lease of life, many charities will gladly accept bedding and clothing.

The average UK house clearance cost is £805 PLUS VAT - Our prices are lower and INCLUDE VAT - saving you £271 on a standard house clearance!
